This blog is about the many wonderful flavours of South Australia.  5 years ago I moved to South Australia at 26 years of age and thought wine was all about Cabernet Sauvignon and big bold Shiraz from the Barossa … However over the years as many friends and family have come to stay from interstate and overseas I have seen that there is much more to this state than I could have ever imagined.

I have been fortunate to taste a myriad of wine varieties and explore a vast array of cellar doors and have a lot of fun along the way – thus realising my true passion for good wine and food.
